      We're seeking a motivated and upbeat Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast paced environment. This position is responsible for processing customer sales orders and providing excellent service by responding promptly to inquiries about pricing, inventory, and shipping. A successful candidate will bring a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse customer base.

      Pay : $20-$22/HR
      Key Responsibilities
      * Communicating with customers through various medias such as email, messaging and via telephone.
      * Order Entry: processing orders promptly and accurately. Confirming pricing, ship date(s), and any other special instructions before returning the order confirmation back to the customer in a timely manner.
      * Order Management: Maintaining accurate shipping dates, ship to locations and shipping facility. Monitoring and updating backordered items while communicating to the customer and Sales Rep any possible delays or changes to the order.
      * Assist Sales Team by sending out product samples as requested, providing information about customers' past pricing structures and order history, and running inventory reports to provide accurate merchandise availability.
      * Assist other department with administrative tasks as requested, and perform other duties as assigned by members of company management.
      * Attend and participate in staff meetings and company events as required.

      Education
      * High school diploma or equivalent required.
      * Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
      Experience/Skills
      * Minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment.
      * Previous experience with Customer Service and / or Agriculture preferred.
      * Computer competence including Microsoft Office suite.
      * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
      * Self-starter, able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
      * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
      * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
      * Ability to work professionally with a variety of personalities and avoid taking sides in personal disagreements.
