What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers and provide excellent service while operating the register and cashiering
- Make product suggestions and assist with the food program as needed
- Maintain high standards for store appearance by working in various areas of the store
- Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance while engaging with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a sales associate or cashier
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn
- Ability to think quickly and provide creative solutions to problems
