      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist customers
      - Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, fax, or mail, providing timely responses
      - Collaborate with external partners, including hospitals and physicians, to resolve issues and provide support
      - Investigate, resolve, or escalate issues to the appropriate team while ensuring seamless communication
      - Consistently meet or exceed departmental standards for call volume and service quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service and call center experience
      - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with the health insurance industry
      - Effective verbal communication and active listening skills to engage with customers and partners
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
