What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers both inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services
- Utilize smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Perform equipment maintenance including cleaning and inspecting vehicles
- Answer customer inquiries and provide education on services offered
- Complete rental invoices and manage equipment returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts
- Ability to use protective clothing or gear when necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic mechanical skills or knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with rental equipment and services
- Ability to obtain certifications for filling propane and driving a forklift
