Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone and email

Professionally handle and de-escalate customer complaints

Diagnose and troubleshoot delivery-related issues

Track and monitor delivery routes

Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation

Make updates or cancellations to delivery orders as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Calm and professional approach to problem-solving

Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment

Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain service quality

Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction
