What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product inquiries
- Process customer returns in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges
- Provide feedback to Customer Service Management on service failures or customer concerns
- Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or in a call center/customer service role
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed

- Experience in the medical supply field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with billing and customer service processes in healthcare
