      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information and support regarding their accounts
      - Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate to a manager when necessary
      - Educate customers on key account details, including finance charge accrual and payment methods
      - Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
      - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in compliance with company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or a minimum of 6 months of related experience or training
      - Basic to moderate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills
      - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment
      - Strong verbal communication skills for professional interactions with customers
      - Problem-solving skills to resolve issues or escalate as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous customer service experience in a related field
      - Familiarity with financial products or services
      - Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
