What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer care and enrollment services
- Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
- Meet quality assurance and performance metrics
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials
- Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must reside in or within 70 miles of Edinburg, TX
- Must be willing and able to work onsite during training
