      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Address and resolve telephone inquiries from members or patients regarding eligibility, prescription benefits, claims, and patient services
      - Update billing information, establish payment plans, and resolve payment inquiries
      - Assist with patient scheduling and related services
      - Handle high-volume incoming calls while maintaining quality customer service
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Previous data entry experience
      - Prior scheduling experience
      - Experience in a high-volume call center preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or knowledge of healthcare terminology
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population
