Multiple permanent part time union positions are available.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills of 30 wpm.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
One (1) year experience in an office and/or customer service environment utilizing computer information systems and software in Microsoft Suite.
Infrequent travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters may be required.

SaskEnergy is seeking Customer Service Representative’s (CSR). As a CSR you will support customer inquiries by providing customer account administration regarding billing, payments and other service requests.
Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task well, provide sound judgment in daily decision making and utilize a customer focused approach to handling challenging customer interactions.
This position is permanent part-time and works approximately 3 days per week in a fast- paced call centre environment (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 4:47 pm).
Upon hire you will be required to successfully complete an internal Customer Service training program (approximately 8 weeks).
