Job Description
- Req#: 22007
- Interact with customer via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customer with referral advice based on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate with customer and vendor prior to customer arrival.
- Gather metrics from every customer interaction to continuously improve their experience.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School diploma.
- Veterinary office experience preferred.
- Follow contract requirements for new personnel, Key Personnel, and resigning personnel.

Customer Service Representative I
The Customer Service Representative I will require a commitment to following established procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen, lawful resident alien, citizen of American Samoa or other territory owing permanent allegiance to the United States.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.
