What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to borrower inbound calls regarding their mortgage accounts, providing high-quality service
- Research and resolve customer inquiries while adhering to productivity and regulatory requirements
- Complete assigned outbound calls when inbound call volume allows
- Perform follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Carry out miscellaneous duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General call center experience preferred
- Experience with loan servicing is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry
