      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-class customer service through phone, email, and mail interactions
      - Manage the calendar and schedule for the Fulfillment and Customer Support Director
      - Handle customer inquiries and technical questions related to various platforms
      - Support the Fulfillment and Customer Support Director with documentation and meeting preparations
      - Contribute to team-oriented work and proactively improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A college degree and at least two years of professional work experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in modern computer technology and customer service principles
      - Experience with multiple web browsers, programs, and systems on a Windows-based computer
      - Basic familiarity with the offerings of the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in writing and customer communications
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other technology platforms
      - Membership or engagement with the Mother Church is preferred
