      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately enter and review license application information into the employer's computer system
      - Correspond with applicants to resolve application deficiencies and elevate applications as necessary
      - Answer inquiries related to licensing and renewal requirements via phone, email, and in-person
      - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental operations
      - Perform other duties as assigned related to the position

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service and/or the insurance or appraisal industry
      - Knowledge of Title 20 and Title 32 of the Arizona Revised Statutes and DIFI policies and procedures
      - Proficiency in using software such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain effective professional relationships with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with insurance terms, concepts, and industry practices
      - Experience in the appraisal industry or relevant on-the-job training
