What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, and interpreting customer orders
- Manage web-based ordering and registrations, as well as inventories at customer facilities
- Approve allocation of stock, special price quotations, and bids
- Trace lost shipments and identify quality assurance complaints
- Handle customer credits, returns, and pricing allowances
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in EDI (electronic data interchange) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
