- Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Field 80-100 inbound calls per day
- Find creative solutions for difficult problem orders
- Process purchase orders
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal/external customers
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a high volume department
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Superior time management and ability to multi-task
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent phone communication and strong written skills
- Ability to work in multiple search screens to answer calls
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
