Job Description
- Req#: R-69471
- Manage daily administrative tasks including establishing work priorities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist local customers and residents with their waste collection inquiries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Serve visitors by greeting and assisting them or directing them to the appropriate party
- Perform clerical and reception duties including sorting incoming mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, office organization, etc
- Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures
- Place office supply orders
- Additional tasks as required
- Minimum High school diploma
- 3-5 years directly related to office administration
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
