What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with various products and services
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Perform inspections and maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and checking fluid levels
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them about available services
- Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a moderate-risk environment requiring safety precautions
- Availability to participate in ongoing training and certification programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or retail environments
- Knowledge of moving and storage services
- Familiarity with operating forklifts (certification provided upon employment)
- Ability to install hitches and trailer wiring
