What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the facility
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Inspect and clean equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Provide information and educate customers about products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Install hitches and trailer wiring
- Perform propane filling and forklift operation
- Fulfill other assigned duties
- Engage in continuous education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
