Job Description

- Training: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (1st Shift)
- Post-Training Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM (4x10 Overnight Schedule)
- Provide clear and effective support to customers via phone.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries while navigating multiple systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation during interactions.
- De-escalate customer concerns and provide resolutions with professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive account information.
- Embrace feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask between screens while actively engaging with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a high-paced, changing call center environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters responsibly.

About the Role:
As part of the Health Benefits Solutions team, you will support customers with their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) related to employer-sponsored benefit plans. You’ll assist with a range of inquiries such as filing claims, ordering debit cards, handling lost/stolen cards, password resets, and account statements.
