What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
- Utilize smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment cleanliness
- Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
- Participate in continuous education and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to use protective gear as needed in the work environment
- Availability for scheduled shifts and participation in ongoing training

- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- Familiarity with moving equipment and vehicle maintenance
