      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
      - Use smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory
      - Clean and inspect rental equipment, including checking fluid levels
      - Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
      - Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
      - Willingness to use protective clothing or gear when necessary
      - Availability to work in a moderately risky environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field
      - Familiarity with operating forklifts (certification offered upon employment)
      - Interest in completing additional certifications such as filling propane
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to educate customers
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
