What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with daily call volume to ensure service level takes priority
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure customer needs are met through various communication channels (phone, email, written correspondence)
- Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
- Handle and resolve escalated issues professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role
- Must remain in current role for at least 9 months
- Ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on the position specifications
- Reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role with heavy computer and phone usage
- Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work shift work and overtime
- Ability to work weekends if required
