      Vantage Elevation, LLC is North America’s leading independent manufacturer of elevator components and systems.       The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers on behalf of the organization, providing information about products and services, taking orders, generating Salesforce tickets and responding to customer inquiries.

      Requirements

      We are searching for a candidate with:

      • Minimum one year customer facing experience
      • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      • Strong phone presence and enthusiastic approach to selling
      • Experience working with CRM
      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
      • Strong listening and presentation skills
      • Self-directed with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

      Duties and Responsibilities

      A typical day may include:

      • Responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
      • Understanding and responding proactively to the specific needs of customer
      • Making recommendations to GAL Canada on matters impacting account service such as inventory, chronic problems, and unique requirements
      • Providing customers with product knowledge and usage information
      • Identifying opportunities to accelerate sales volumes
      • Providing superior service by understanding and responsively satisfying customer requirements
      • Understanding GAL Canada’s best practices to help Customers identify the correct person to speak to
      • Knowledge of Customer preferences
      • Acting as a customer liaison between internal GAL Canada departments and liaison between other departments at GAL Canada
      • Coordinating Customer issues with Quality Control
