What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first customer point-of-contact for routine service issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
- Ability to work primarily sitting/standing
