What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support provider network, participants, healthcare member services, and other departments with application support
- Assist participants and providers with treatment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and reassignments
- Data entry for demographic information for participants, providers, and healthcare member services
- Scheduling treatment sessions and managing consumer/provider data
- Accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center setting
- 1+ years of experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
