Execute the order entry process and manages the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically key customers, high value and/or margin value centers, or scenarios with a high degree of complexity.
Acts as focal point for key systems, tools or business processes. Find solutions for more complex matters and looks proactively for improvements.
Maintain service levels according to business prioritization and maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses’ products, businesses, applications, and service offerings.
Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution.
Support commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in Order Receipt and Handling
Operating Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
System experience in SAP will be preferred.
A willingness and ability to support in shift requirements

About you and this role
As a Customer Service Representative at Dow Mumbai, India, you will act as an interface between customers & the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability to Dow. You will provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives. You will use conceptual knowledge and experience to complete a range of assignments and tasks, with need of limited guidance and direction. You will work as a part of a team at Dow helping us combine expertise and technologies to create an invigorating customer experience.
