      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
      - Exceptional listening and communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
      - Capability to de-escalate challenging customer inquiries
