      ConGlobal is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships between ConGlobal and our customers while ensuring the accuracy of all equipment records and activities. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing accurate repair estimates, coordinating equipment surveys, and maintaining consistent communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Create and foster strong relationships with ConGlobal's customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customers' equipment inventory, repair status, and all relevant activities. Develop and maintain professional and effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
