What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial advice and support to small and medium enterprise members and clients
- Educate clients on life, health, critical illness, disability, and accident insurance policies
- Assist clients with group benefits including prescription drugs, vision, dental, and extended health care
- Handle claims and other day-to-day tasks related to insurance policies
- Build loyalty and trust with clients by delivering a unique and personalized experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Bilingualism in French and English is a requirement for certain roles
- Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
- Availability to adapt to changing work arrangements based on business needs

- Previous experience in customer service within the financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
