- Receive and process customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy, including pricing, shipping details, delivery dates, and special instructions.
- Maintain accurate customer and account records to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries using product knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
- Coordinate product returns, including carrier communication and credit processing, in line with company policies.
- Communicate order status and critical updates across multiple facilities and departments.
- Provide cost estimates and availability for special order components.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
- This role will focus on Government and International orders. Experience is a plus.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service gaps and recommending process enhancements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and general computer literacy.
- Functional English literacy; bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to see and hear sufficiently to perform job duties effectively.
- Experience in Customer Service or in a Customer Solutions environment preferred.
- D365 knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or a customer solutions environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Post-high school education is preferred.
