      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in both Spanish and English
      - Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
      - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
      - Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
      - Deliver expert customer service with a positive attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluency in both Spanish and English
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Open availability for work schedules
      - Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a remote customer service role
      - Familiarity with new technologies and eagerness to learn
      - A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
      - Experience with databases and data entry
