What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage each caller by phone with responsiveness, care, and concern
- Instill confidence in customers regarding the handling of their information and the importance of their experience
- Guide customers through a scripted interview process, ensuring accurate capture of responses in reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports, both internally and externally
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing policies and schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain schedule flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and familiarity with essential tools like Outlook
