What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at bank branches
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Resolve customer inquiries with a strong customer-centric focus
- Perform basic computer troubleshooting to assist clients
- Manage a variety of tasks efficiently in a changing environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Call center experience required; banking experience is desired
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory
- Familiarity with Windows 11 navigation skills
- Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively
- Strong follow-up skills in customer service interactions
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in previous roles
