      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an exceptional service experience
      - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions regarding orders, products, and services
      - Assist in resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues and escalating when necessary
      - Help customers with placing orders and offer product recommendations
      - Perform general clerical duties as required by the supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
      - Customer service and call center experience preferred
      - Excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills
      - Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
      - Computer proficiency and ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
      - Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment
      - Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

The majority of our designs are originated by skilled individuals in the company’s design studio and then finely crafted and produced by artisans predominantly in the Texas Hill Country.
