What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to customers
- Document customer information and issues in computer systems
- Research and resolve complex customer issues
- Schedule appointments and update patient demographics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
- Ability to troubleshoot IT/computer issues independently
- Flexibility to work full-time between 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time Zone, with occasional overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
