What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
- Assist patients with billing information updates, payment plans, and scheduling needs
- Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Required experience in data entry
- Must be available to work between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Must be located near a Sentara hospital or hub for potential on-site travel
