What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payments
- Resolve patient service needs such as updating billing information and scheduling appointments
- Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Must be located near a Sentara hospital or hub and able to travel on-site if connectivity issues arise
