What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide requested information regarding products and services
- Accurately record customer information and issues for effective resolution
- Establish long-term customer relationships through exceptional one-call resolution
- Assist customers with account status, invoicing, and payment issues
- Identify and manage service trends while ensuring compliance with company service programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes and complaint handling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Schedule flexibility to include days, nights, weekends, and overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Initiative and a strong sense of urgency in addressing customer needs
