  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Handle inbound customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, and account services
  - Record all customer interactions and issues accurately for follow-up
  - Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies to ensure satisfaction and retention
  - Assist customers with account status, invoicing, and payment issues
  - Identify and communicate service trends and escalate unresolved concerns to management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment
  - High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  - Strong knowledge of customer service processes, including complaint handling and accounts receivable
  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Ability to work with various company software and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Oracle software is a plus
  - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  - Proven ability to complete one-call customer resolutions
  - Strong sense of urgency and initiative in customer service tasks
  - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
