      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate customers about their warranty options and answer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, specifically in conflict resolution
      - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, including knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and part pricing
      - Ability to work from home in an approved city and state with a conducive workspace
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
