What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to educate customers about their warranties
- Provide world-class customer service by anticipating customer needs and managing conflicts
- Collaborate effectively within a high-functioning team environment
- Solve customer problems efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude
- Meet time-sensitive requirements and deliverables in a fast-paced setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
- Reliable and secure internet connection for remote work
