      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to educate customers and answer warranty-related questions
      - Manage customer interactions with high emotional intelligence and effective conflict resolution
      - Contribute to the development of self-service options for customers
      - Collaborate within a high-functioning team environment to meet collective goals
      - Maintain a positive attitude while navigating challenging customer calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution
      - Experience in the automotive industry, including knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures, is a plus
      - Ability to work from home in a conducive and quiet workspace with reliable internet
      - Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with vehicle repair and part pricing knowledge
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous experience in a high-volume call center setting
