      Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

      - Provide quality customer service and accurate information to callers.
      - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests.
      - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide account updates.
      - Address and resolve basic account questions by researching account details and making necessary edits.
      - Compile and prepare information to process adjustments to existing loans, new loans, or consolidation of loans.

      Phones and Processing:

      - Revise and update account information in accordance with customer requests and company policies.
      - Document contact details or actions performed for customers.
      - Send necessary documents or system-generated communications based on requests.

      Qualifications:

      - High school diploma or equivalent required.
      - Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
      - Equivalent combination of training and experience considered.

      Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

      - Work in an office environment.
      - Communicate effectively using various methods.
      - Use the phone for the duration of the shift.
      - Remain sedentary for extended periods.
      - Use and maintain keyboarding skills.
      - Use a personal computer and basic office equipment.
      - Work overtime as required.
      - Have regular and predictable on-site attendance.

      Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      - Ability to make adjustments, updates, or corrections to accounts.
      - Clear and effective communication skills.
      - Understanding of loan activity, such as accruing interest and deferment/forbearance.
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
      - Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
