      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, or chats regarding Federal Student Aid Loan Servicing
      - Answer inquiries and document relevant information and actions taken
      - Adhere to Contact Center expectations, departmental policies, and corporate procedures
      - Utilize feedback tools to improve call quality and task performance
      - Utilize available systems, knowledgebase, and standard technology to respond to inquiries and perform job duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of six (6) months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience
      - Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
      - Onsite and remote work capability
      - Minimum typing speed of 23 WPM
      - Ability to read scripted materials aloud
      - Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office applications
      - Willingness to undergo program update training and required employee training
      - Flexibility to work holidays, overtime, and weekends as needed
      - Certification in relevant functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Residency in the U.S. and U.S. citizenship
      - Clear criminal background check
      - No delinquency or default on federal student loans
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable clearance
      - Willingness to travel to company-designated location for a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card
