What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding orders, products, and services
- Assist customers with placing orders and offering product recommendations
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous customer service and call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
- Computer proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technology quickly
