What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to neighbor requests and inquiries regarding store services, products, and loyalty programs via phone and email
- Collaborate with stores and management to address neighbor complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of neighbor communications and inquiries to ensure quality service
- Provide reports on inquiries and resolution times to improve service delivery
- Advise neighbors on company information and handle product recalls as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma; degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer service
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in data entry and solid skills in Microsoft Office products

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
