What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate union members about the benefits available through their union affiliation
- Assist clients in opting for additional benefits as desired, with no cold calling involved
- Maintain direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations in Southern California
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Foster self-motivation and leadership within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in California
- Fluent in English (bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
- Proven leadership abilities and a customer service attitude
- Integrity and a desire for professional development and growth
- Exceptional people skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Previous knowledge of union benefits and labor relations
