What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate union members about available benefits through their affiliation
- Assist members in opting for additional benefits if desired
- Maintain strong relationships with over 20,000 union associations in Southern California
- Collaborate with various labor unions, including police departments, firefighters, and teachers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in California
- Self-motivated with proven leadership abilities
- Strong customer service attitude and integrity
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Fluent in English (bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or similar roles
- Familiarity with employee benefits or union operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to engage in continuous learning and mentorship opportunities
