- 17 Accrued Paid Time Off Days Annually (hours prorated for part-time)

- Open and close Northwest Center location, making sure the area is clean and organized and confidential material is locked up.
- Greeting and allowing entrance for all incoming employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Answering incoming calls on Microsoft Teams u2013 remaining knowledgeable of all of the NWC services.
- Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
- 2 + year(s) Customer Service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook e-mail.
- Ability to work at a stationary desk for extended periods of time
- Ability to use and work with computer monitors and complete keyboarding for extended periods of time
- Regular and punctual attendance
